# 2FA problems in Piwik PRO

I’m experiencing problems with 2FA. My colleague is able to log in, but I am not. However, I am the account owner and he is not and therefore cannot reset my 2FA settings.

I have checked Microsoft Authenticator, and it works correctly with other applications, so the issue does not appear to be related to the authenticator app itself.
