Hello Piwik Pro community,

I’m trying to make http calls using piwikpro endpoints for creating apps.
I’m getting a server error : {
“errors”: [
{
“status”: “500”,
“code”: “error.default”,
“title”: “Internal Server Error”
}
]
}
Should i just wait and try to make the call later ?
is this a common error ?

Hi @nisrine,
it seems we may have a problem at the moment, let me sort it out with our developers. I’ll get back to you.
Tymek

Hi,
I am happy to announce that we recently introduced a public status page so that you have a clear overview of incidents that may have affected your service performance.

You can check the status of your service by adding `/status` to your account address just as in the following example: `https://your-instance.piwik.pro/status`.

Kindly note that this feature is currently in beta and is not yet accessible to all accounts.
