# Actual orders are not matching Piwik order count

I am tracking orders using the ecommerce GA4 data layer set up and Piwik is collecting 11 orders. I am also tracking confirmation page views where piwik is tracking 13 orders. The actual orders should be 17. Any advice for what may be happening?
