# Amount of visitors

Hello everyone  
I use Piwik Pro Core with the Wordpress plugin. For a few days now, the number of visitors has remained at 1. The sessions are counted, and in the real-time accesses I can see that there are several visitors on the website, but the number of visitors remains at 1. Can anyone give me a tip on how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Adam

Thank’s for your attention. In the meantime it works again. My mistake was, I switched to measure “exactly time for visitors”. Since then, the visitor counter was ever on 1. When I switched of the exact measure, the visitor counter worked again.
