Hi! We set up PiwikPro for our website [https://www.viestintuojat.fi](https://www.viestintuojat.fi) in May. Yesterday I went to check visitor data but found out it has not been collected for the past month. In fact, it seems that data was collected only during a one week period from May 19th to May23rd. After that, nothing. I’ve tried visiting the site using different browsers and devices, but no data is collected. Any insight into what might cause this? I am new to PiwikPro and tried troubleshooting but couldn’t really figure anything out. In fact, the set-up was made by an outside expert, so I am unfamiliar with Piwik setting to begin with. Any ideas what I could do myself to figure this out? I could also contact the person who set everything up but since He’s on summer vacation, it might take a while… Thank you in advance! ---

Hello @OlNoPos and welcome to the community, Can you check if you have correct code installed with correct ID? I think you have added wrong Piwik PRO Tag Manager container from some other website on your account. Hi and thank you for the reply! It seems that the ID is in fact wrong. Is it possible to change the ID in Piwik to correspond to the one on the website’s source code or do I have to edit the website’s code? I’m asking because accessing the source code is quite difficult due to a 3rd party being involved. Also, sorry for the late reply. Due to summer I’m away from the office occasionally. ---

@OlNoPos No it’s not possible to change it in Piwik PRO - you have to edit website code. ---

Hi! The code was correct. It seems there was something wrong with Piwik as the data appeared some time later. Strange thing, but last time I checked, it seemed to work. Thank you for your input though!
