Hello together and a merry Christmas. Maybe just a short thing but I still try to find information about blocking 3rdparty cookies with Piwik Consent Manager. Is there any resource available where I find how to do it?

Thank you in advance.

Hi there and Merry Christmas. 🙂 We can block all types of cookies. It’s because our Consent Manager simply does not fire tags when there’s no consent.

With a little footnote: it only blocks cookies that are set by tags from within Piwik. If you embed a YouTube video on your page or use reCAPTCHA, it does not block those cookies for example.

For embedded content we have an example solution: [How can I block embedded videos, maps and other iframes on my site for visitors who didn't give consent? | Piwik PRO help center](https://help.piwik.pro/support/questions/how-can-i-block-embedded-videos-maps-and-other-iframes-on-my-site-for-visitors-who-didnt-give-consent/) 🙂

Is there already a better solution for this? I have a site with quite some Vimeo videos embedded. Following this guide would mean that I have to create a tag + trigger for each video.
