# Can't access any of my accounts

Hello,

I have been having a problem to access my accounts for a couple of days now.  
The page ??.piwik.pro simply does not load.

I’ve tried using incognito window as well as clearing cache and cookies but nothing seems to work.  
It says ‘ERR\_CONNECTION\_CLOSED’ and ‘piwik.pro unexpectedly terminated the connection.’  
I wonder if it is link to [http://www.gstatic.com/](http://www.gstatic.com/) as every time I try to access one of the page, a new tab opens with this URL and it does not load either.

I’ve recebtly opened a new account for a new client, and the activation code URL also does not load.

What can I do ?
