# E-commerce - no data yet

Hello 1st post here. I implemented Piwik Core free and it works fine with Wordpress. I do not have ecommerce report though I activated them. is there a specific tag to add ? dimension to set up somewhere ? I looked at Dimensions and Metrics in the Parameters section but did not find and I have little knowledge on how to use and setup dimensions.

Do you mean that you don’t see the Ecommerce reports in Analytics? If so, please have a look at this article - [Ecommerce reports | Piwik PRO help center](https://help.piwik.pro/support/reports/ecommerce-reports/)

If you mean that you don’t see any data in Ecommerce reports, you need to make sure to set up Ecommerce tags to track the data. Please have a look at this article - [Set up ecommerce tracking | Piwik PRO help center](https://help.piwik.pro/support/getting-started/track-ecommerce/)

I’ve set up both and get no data. Using GTM and standard GA4 events. Confirmed firing in GTM Preview, but nothing in Piwik.
