I have created a custom goal that is firing and reporting conversions.

However, when I create a custom page report, for example, there are no conversions being reported

Hi @CillianBC,

Welcome to our community!

If you are using Pages report from _Analytics → Reports → Behavior → Pages_ please remove dimension filter _“Event type is page view”_ instead you can use something like _“Page URL is not [leave empty]”_ and then add goal conversions. Goals are separate type of events so they are filtered out when you use default filter setup.

Best,
Oliwer
