# Lost access to Piwik PRO Analytics Suite

Before you start, you need to know your **instance URL**. All Piwik PRO accounts use a common format for instance URL which is: _[account name]_.piwik.pro and you have choosen the account name during the sign up.

If you don’t remember it, try to find an email from: core@piwik.pro with the confirmation of creation of your instance.

To reset your password:

1. Go to your instance URL _e.g. [https://myaccount.piwik.pro/](https://myaccount.piwik.pro/)_
2. Click “Forgot password?” link.
3. Enter your email address that you used during sign up and click “Reset password”
4. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password to your mailbox.
