# No data on dashboard

Hello all,

We set up our Piwik account in July 2023, and all was fine until 11 Aug 202 from which date we have no visitor data in our dashboard/reports/tracker debugger.

Were there any changes to the website in that period? Did you add any other tracking tool? Were you changing something in the setup?
