# Note receiving any email to activate and be able to use my account

Hello,

I created an account 4 days ago, maybe 5, and I haven’t received any emails since that day to be able to use the account. Can somebody help me?

I’m using our regular google group email that we use for tools, and I’m even allowing spam to pass the first line of defense just to see if I get something but nothing at all.
