# Scope reports Piwik

Hi,

My customer would like to know if the Q&A pages on their site generate conversions even during a different session. To answer this, I simply created a funnel with step 1: the Q&A page URL and step 2: the event ‘purchase’ that follows indirectly. Can you confirm that this is not only tied to sessions but actually linked to the user?

Please see: [Set up a funnel report | Piwik PRO help center](https://help.piwik.pro/support/reports/funnels/). The answer to your question is:

> The funnel shows drop-offs and conversions within a single session. If a visitor completes the final action in multiple sessions, the funnel won’t catch it.

You might find the CDP Module interesting if you want to track various attributes on user level (for example if the Q&A section was visited).
