# Shopify's goals aren't being tracked

Despite the fact that I created goals in my Shopify store, I am unable to track them. I don’t have any data for those objectives.

Goals have already been set up in Piwik Pro, but no data has been entered.

Could you share a bit more details? What goals did you configure? On which pages? If it’s the checkout page, can you confirm that Piwik PRO code is also embedded there?

I sorted out the problems. Thank you, my abandoned cart data is 0; what could be the problem, and do you have any suggestions?

What is your current implementation? Have you used [this guide](https://help.piwik.pro/support/getting-started/track-ecommerce/)?
