# Totals of Sessions and views filtered in counters don't coincide with the counter total without filter dimension in Piwik Pro

Hi All,  
PROVIDED there are 4 language-determined sections on a website: abc.eu (=abc.eu/en), abc.eu/de, abc.eu/fr, abc.eu/nl  
AND there are 4 related shops: shop.abc.eu/on/demandware.store/Sites-EU-Site/en/Reservation-Show, [https://shop.abc.eu/on/demandware.store/Sites-EU-Site/de\_DE/Reservation-Show](https://shop.abc.eu/on/demandware.store/Sites-EU-Site/de_DE/Reservation-Show), [https://shop.abc.eu/on/demandware.store/Sites-EU-Site/fr\_FR/Reservation-Show](https://shop.abc.eu/on/demandware.store/Sites-EU-Site/fr_FR/Reservation-Show) and [https://shop.abc.eu/on/demandware.store/Sites-EU-Site/nl\_NL/Reservation-Show](https://shop.abc.eu/on/demandware.store/Sites-EU-Site/nl_NL/Reservation-Show)  
AND Visitors and Sessions Piwik PRO counter widgets were created for each of 4 sections with the following filter dimensions:  
(DE regex is (/de\_DE/|https://abc.eu/de), FR regex is (/fr\_FR/|https://abc.eu/fr), NL is (/nl\_NL/|https://abc.eu/nl) and EN “does not match” condition is (/de\_DE/|/fr\_FR/|/nl\_NL/|https://abc.eu/de|https://abc.eu/fr|https://abc.eu/nl)  
AND Visitors and Sessions Piwik PRO counter widgets were created without any filters  
WHEN I compare the Visitor and Session counter without filter dimension applied and the sum of all 4 other sections, then I expect to see the same number, as this works for Page Views  
HOWEVER on August 12th the sum of visitors (914) and session(991) counters from sections turns out to be bigger than the counter without filter applied(visitors=879 and sessions=962), while the same for Page views shows 2,035 in both cases.  
Could you please let me know how I can get the same numbers, or explain why it’s happening?

What if one user visited two different language versions? I guess that’s the use case where these metrics get inflated.
