Event category: JavaScript Errors
Event action: :0
Event name: Script error.
I would like to create a trigger in the TMS based on this event: could you help me?

Instead of using automatic JS error tracking, you can use manual from this guide Track JavaScript errors | Piwik PRO help center and add a new line under the _paq.push that will send a new dataLayer event which than you can use as the dataLayer trigger in Tag Manager.
