Hello, my trial period ended last week. I was planning to make the payment this week, but my account has already been deleted! Piwik only allows 7 days to complete the payment — that’s extremely short!!! How are we supposed to handle this when we’re on a business trip? This is a disaster — I spent more than 16 hours setting it up (and I actually have a technical question currently open on this forum).
Is there anyone from the support team who could reactivate my account so that I can proceed with the payment?
