Have I missed an update note? All of a suddon the chat helpbox within our Piwik account is no longer there. Is it no longer a service/feature?

Sorry for the confusion - in my first response I meant the icon in the corner itself. Our team is investigating some issues with the chat functionality and it’s temporarily disabled.
What is the route to get in touch with customer service for questions in the meantime?
