should be better now. Please check whether you can access the instance/account again.
As a side note: we’re working on a publicly available status page for the product. It’s about to enter the internal testing phase. Hope to see it publicly available soon.

You can check the status of your service by adding /status
to your account address just as in the following example: https://your-instance.piwik.pro/status
