I tried to Create Customs Dimensions and created a Session Dimension where should have been an Event Dimension.
The Number of the DimensionID is important.
Is there any possibility to migrate the Session Dimension into an Event Dimension or fix the mistake in another way?

Unfortunately, there is no way of switching the ID of the custom dimension now. Also, once a custom dimension has been created, then it cannot be deleted because such action would interfere with the data that is being collected.
The only solutions for this would be to change the name of the session custom dimension that you created, although it will not change its id, or create a new site and the correct custom dimension there, but mind you that the data will not be migrated from the previous site.
