Yeah, the account name should be correct. I double checked it from the emails I have received from Piwik PRO.
This is a somewhat old account as it was created on 9th January 2025. It hasn’t been used much as it’s one of our test/demo accounts. I should be receiving all the emails related to that account, but I haven’t gotten any in a long time.
Could it be that this account has somehow been automatically removed?
Just to confirm what had happened in this case. My account had been inactive for too long and it was automatically removed from the system. Thank you for helping me with the issue!
