I tried Piwik in the past, but the account probably got deleted due to inactivity. Now I’d like to pick it up again. I tried signing up using the same account name, but, ok, I understand that’s not possible.
But even when I try to use a new account name, I still get an error. I’m guessing it’s because I used the same mail address as in the past, but I don’t want to use another mail address.
Ofcourse, I first thought of just logging in with my mail address and resetting the password to set a new one, but I can’t find this option anywhere. The login option forces me to enter my account name, but that one doesn’t exist anymore. So now I’m forced out and can’t get back in
