Used a non existing / wrong email when signing up

Hi! I made a mistake when signing up for a piwik free core account. I typed the wrong email (missed a letter). Therefore I cannot get into my new account, because I didn’t get the mail. Can the support team help me fix this? :slight_smile:

Hi! In this case, you could create a new instance under a different name and correct email address. We could also delete your instance, but this will take some time, so I would recommend the first option :smiling_face:
