How to respond to a visitor's request to access / modify / override data?

Hello,

I wanted to test the Piwik PRO audience measurement solution, so I explored the features both as an administrator and as a user. As a user, I used the “Data Access” form. As an administrator, I went to “Consent Manager > Request from visitors” and I saw the “Message”, the “1st party cookies”, the “Cookie ID”… However, I do not have the technical knowledge to carry out a request of this style. Could someone teach me ?

Hi. You can access the data with the use of API. Requests to delete data are handled via support. More info on priv.
