I am new and looking for any help (willing to pay also)
I want to build out a consent and tracking script so that i can effectively run my UK website which has ecommerce and blog and general website
I want to be able to track legally but try to request more data if i only was able to get some initially.
If someone is willing to be a big brother and help i would be super grateful

Did you have a chance to read the Getting started section on our Help center yet? It’s a great section to kick-start your Piwik PRO setup process. There is also a thread on e-commerce that I highly recommend. It will help you out big time with everything e-commerce. As for the consent management setup - start with this thread.
