Installing wp-plugin - What is a Container and how/where do I find mine?

I’m a bit new to this, not a programmer, hence the basic question.
Am attempting to install/setup the wp-plugin, the instructions say to input the Container, but give zero reference or info on how/where to find it.
In the wp-dashboard, it gives an example about Standard domains or Custom domains, and is rather vague on the differences or which should be used if/when X is the situation - so not sure which mine would be, Standard or Custom, and not sure what my Container url is.

assuming that you have a core account, the correct address would be: https://yourname.containers.piwik.pro.
