Is there a way to integrate a single PIWIK PRO account with multiple Google Search Console properties?

One site or app in Piwik PRO can be linked directly to only one property in GSC.
What you can do is create separate sites for your subdomains, connect them with corresponding properties in GSC and create a meta site for aggregated reporting from many sites.
