Multiple consent decision-events

Hi

We are using a custom consent form and are currently seeing multiple consent decision-events in the tracker debugger (see image). Any suggestions for why this is?

In these cases - consent was only given once.

I coordinated with the developers, and they will be using something along the lines of https://developers.piwik.pro/en/latest/consent_manager/js_api/index.html#get-compliance-settings
