this might be an easy question for you guys, but I don’t know how to implement it into the dashboard.
We have a list which right now contains two values:
URL, Download Count
Background:
We would like to display, which PDFs are being downloaded the most.
Now I also would like to add a column within this table, which shows the downloads from mobile devices and in the other column the downloads from desktop devices, so the table would look like:
URL, Total Downloads, Downloads Mobile, Downloads Desktop
Since I’m quite new to Piwik I dont know, how to make this request possible. Andy ideas?
Did you consider using segments to group and compare the data about downloads? You could set up two segments: one for mobile users and another one for desktop users.
The handy thing about this solution is that you only need to set it up once and you can reuse the segments across different dashboards and reports.
