Why do I get a warning about my account closing 9 days before the closing date? On 17.02. I got a generic “See what is next” but didn’t read the content. Today I got “your account is closing in 9 days”. Then I see that that email from 2 days ago also contains a warning. And it’s wasn’t even possible in the email from today to check the links. Those go to dev/0 and not the website.
Also 35€ for one domain and only 25k visitors where the charts are super simple? Thanks, but no thanks.
Hi - thank you for raising this, and I’m really sorry this caught you off guard. I completely understand how receiving a “closing in 9 days” message would feel sudden and frustrating.
We did send several communications about this change starting toward the end of last year, followed by additional reminders more recently. That said, if those earlier emails weren’t seen, weren’t clear enough, or didn’t reach you for any reason, that’s something we genuinely want to understand better. The last thing we want is for this to feel abrupt or poorly communicated.
If you’re open to it, please reply directly to the most recent email you received. Our team can review the email delivery history for your account and check whether everything was sent and delivered as expected. If anything looks off - or if you need a bit more time to handle the transition - they’ll review what options may be available to make this easier.
Thank you as well for flagging the issue with the links in the email. They definitely shouldn’t point to a dev/0 environment, and we’re looking into this internally.
Regarding pricing - our plans are generally structured around broader usage and more advanced reporting needs. With lower traffic volumes, it can be more difficult to fully capitalize on the value of the platform. We genuinely appreciate and respect your feedback on this.
We’re sorry to see you go, but we do appreciate that you’ve been with us. If there’s anything we can still clarify or support you with during the transition, we’re here.
