I’ve just created an account and connected my website with Piwik. However I am still not able to check the report from the previous 6 months. Shall I wait some time before it is accessible? I will appreciated any help! Thanks in advance.

First of all, welcome to the community!
The data in Piwik PRO starts being gathered as soon as there is a tracking container installed in the source code of your site. Here is an article on how to install it: Install a container (with a tracking code) | Piwik PRO help center
If the container was not present in the source code in these past 6 months then there will be no data available for this period in the Analytics module.
