Session logs not appearing in reports dashboard

Hi.

Is there a reason why session logs will not appear under the “reports” tab in the “analytics” section?

We have two domains being tracked, one has session logs, the other does not.

Do you have to manually activate session logs to be tracked and reported?

I would expect to see “session logs” in the options here

A follow-up question: I can confirm that with the CNIL guidelines enabled, the session log is not available. What should I do then when a user requests access to their data? The session log is crucial to getting the data according to the ‘how to’ instructions.
