Toggle to update preference cookie consent. Similar to Reminder

Hello Community,

I am looking for a way to trigger - Consent manager via custom link or custom icon.

After the consent been given.

There is this Reminder which show up, if you don’t give consent, I would like to keep something like this all the time visible, as a link in footer or as an icon.
