Hello
Our client has asked for two changes in the consent manager window (https://www.ewi-vlaanderen.be).

  1. Is it possible to darken the little text ‘Powered by Piwik’ at the bottom?
  2. The customer has asked to use the pop-up instead of the bar at the bottom, but for some reason the link to the Cookie policy disappears when choosing that option.

You can find information on the available ways of editing the form here: Edit and set up consent forms | Piwik PRO help center. This applies to the built-in editor, but if you feel like this is not enough customization, there is always an option to have a custom consent form: Custom consent form | Piwik PRO help center. This is way more customizable, but you have to build it from scratch.

For your second question, can you try going into the pop up editor and share how it looks here? A link to privacy policy should be present by default, even on the pop-up. Was anything changed before switching from the bottom bar?

Hi!

Is there a way to control the toggles on a cookie banner? Specifically, I need the “strictly necessary” cookies to always remain active. Could you please assist with this?

From the basic editor we have in the consent manager - not really, but one way would be to have a custom code (tag) that would manually change the state of the toggle (on every page view). And another thing, please remember that Piwik PRO consent solution operates on and manages consent types, not cookies, so we don’t really have a “necessary cookies” option. You can always use the custom consent and change the name if you need :slight_smile:
