Upgraded plan, not appearing still saying over limit

Hi. This is a little urgent.

I just bought more events per month as we were over the limit for our free plan. Payment has gone through, received receipt etc. However, it is still saying that we are over our limit.

Is there a lag before the frontend of the app will recognise that the plan has been upgraded?

How can I resolve this, is there someone i can speak to?
