URGENT Need: North American "Letter Size" as PDF Option

Hello,

When I try to save a report as a PDF, the only available paper sizes are EU (A4, etc.).

In North America (Canada, Mexico, USA), the standard business size is “letter size” which is 8.5 inches x 11 inches. According to Wikipedia, other countries using 8.5 x 11 include Costa Rica, Colombia, Venezuela, Chile, and the Philippines.
