Can't use/access Tag Manager

Hello, I can’t access Tag Manager even tho I have this account for some time already I’m getting this message:

Your subscription for Tag Manager is active

If the module is unavailable it means that subscription information is still being propagated. That process can take up to 10 minutes. Please try again later.

I am still seeing the same message. It has been more than “10 minutes” for sure.
