We tried out Piwik Pro for one of our minor domains, a subbrand, and when we felt comfortable with Piwik we added two larger domains to that same account. One of those two domains is our main brand, and the one that really ought to be the main piwik account. We just can’t find out how to switch that default account name to the main brand?

Account name you choose can’t be changed, but I think it’s not the account name but your account address you’d be looking to change, am I right?
You’re right, it’s the address.
This is something you can manage on your own actually.
We will be working soon on a way to unlock custom domains for Business plan clients, this way you will have a way to set your own domain to your UI and API address.
