Connector with Google Looker studio

I cannot connect with Google Studio. I provide the account name and API credentials.
“There was an error while authenticating with the Piwik PRO API
There was an error retrieving this Add-on’s configuration.”

what could it be?

Maybe you filled in a full URL as the account name instead of just the first part before .piwik.pro?
