I am trying to connect Piwik Pro as a data source in Looker Studio using the
Piwik PRO Analytics (1.3.3).
I am diligently following the instructions here: Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) integration | Piwik PRO help center
Yet, when I submit by credentials (triple-checked!), I get the following message:
Sorry, we submitted your credentials, but the credentials are invalid.
Anything I am doing wrong?

Are you using client ID and client secret created in the Piwik PRO profile section?
On Looker Studio, when I try to connect… in the Credentials section, it asks for “Path” – where I enter my version of “example” from your “example.piwik.pro”… and then Username and Password.
I don’t see anyhting there asking for a “client ID” nor “client secret”.
As mentioned in the help center article, you need to use client ID as login and client secret as password.
In Username, enter your client ID.
In Password, enter your client secret.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change these labels (limitation of Looker Studio).
Yes. That worked. Thank you! All this time I was fixated on the Path being wrong. I didn’t think to check that the Username and Password weren’t suppose to be the username and password.
