Custom Dimensions as Metrics (i.e. Average)

Hi all,

Is there a way to convert a custom dimensions in a metric using a different trasformation than “Unique Count of”? For example “Average”?

For istance, I have a custom dimension which contains the price (i.e. 100, 200, 300)

product 1 = 100
product 2 = 200
product 3 = 300

How can I have a metric that is the average price (200)?

Hi @Jack, welcome to the community!
Unfortunately, it’s not possible at the moment as custom dimensions are stored as a “string” type of data. We would need to add a numerical type of custom dimensions, which is not on the roadmap currently.
