Filter event dimension within report

It would be great if you could filter only the “Custom events” metric in reports, by “Event Action” - so it can be alongside other metrics like Sessions and Bounce Rate.

Alternatively, if you could make a Calculated Metric that can sum “Event Count”, only if Event Action = “something”

It appears right now, you have to create a specific goal for it to be possible - but this won’t be backdated, and might be overkill in some cases

I get your point, sometimes I experience lack of it as well while using the product.
I think it would be great to have an example report you want to create if you don’t mind sharing it here.
