I was wondering if the funnel reporting present data within a session or is it linked to the visitor. E.g.: visitor does the 1st step in visit 1 and steps 2 & 3 in visit 2. Is he accounted for in steps 2 & 3 of the funnel reporting ?
Also, suggestion : report on visitors OR sessions with an additional option to toggle while setting (or editing) the report.

Piwik PRO funnel reports are in the session scope. In order to count, the funnel has to be completed in the same session. User scope is not available at the moment - I’ll pass your feedback to our team
