Internal traffic shows as direct traffic in cookieless setup

I have made a cookieless Piwik PRO setup for one of our clients and it doesn’t have session ID. For some reason, internal traffic shows as direct traffic in the reports. We also have other clients with similar setup and their internal traffic shows as internal/referral.

I have tried to change different kinds of settings but nothing seems to help. Any idea what might be causing this?
