Looker Studio - Piwik Pro Connector issue

Hello, I’m responsible for Piwik Pro at DEEP. I had created a relationship with Looker Studio and it suddenly disconnected. When I try to reconnect with the API key + username, the connector grinds and nothing happens.

is there a similar problem for other people?

The Piwik Pro subscription is being renewed on the DEEP side and we have a “your subscription will expire on April 25” message. Could this be the cause of our problem?

Thanks in advance for any help

Could someone help me please ?

(The thread has been continued in a private message since 2 days ago )

I’m experiencing the exact the same issue with a client of mine. Is there any known solution to this @anthonybartczak ?

In this case the credentials seem to be invalid (e.g. have been deleted). So it’s not a connector issue.

Please verify whether this issue also happens with a fresh pair of API credentials.

I tried with a fresh pair of API credentials now, but unfortunately with the same outcome.

I’ll send you a private message.

solved  (the connector wasn’t informing about the missing product license during the renewal)

During the period between license expiration and renewal, does the API stop working, preventing data from being pushed to Looker Studio?

Answered in private message but yes - the API will respond with 402 (There is no active license for "XYZ" organization).

I am experiencing the same issue, how was the issue solved?
I have a core lincese (not sure if that matters)

It was related to enterprise license, so it shouldn’t happen on Core plans. Make sure you are inputting correct API credentials and path.

The API Credentials are correct, when I click on submit, it loads but it then returns to the same screen

Could you send me the credentials in a private message? I’ll check if the problem exists outside of the connector.

Hello everyone,
I’ve had the same problem since yesterday. I can’t access my looker studio dashboard.
However, the data was available last Friday (April 04).
Have you found any solutions? Do you know why?
Thanks for your help

We have removed the old versions of the connector, so this could be the reason. Please migrate to the newest one if that’s the case.

I’ve updated the connector but despite this, the data from my looker studio dashboard still doesn’t display

Could you send a screenshot of how the errors look like?

It seems like you’re still referring to the old connector / data source in those widget. Did you switch it after adding the new connector? See the “Data source” field on the right side.

You can also see what data sources are defined in this dashboard. Resource > Manage added data sources.
