Before you start, you need to know your instance URL. All Piwik PRO Core accounts use a common format for instance URL which is: [account name].piwik.pro and you have choosen the account name during the sign up.
If you don’t remember it, try to find an email from: core@piwik.pro with the confirmation of creation of your instance.
To reset your password:
- Go to your instance URL e.g. https://myaccount.piwik.pro/
- Click “Forgot password?” link.
- Enter your email address that you used during sign up and click “Reset password”
- You will receive an email with a link to set a new password to your mailbox.
