we have recently set up Piwik Pro on our Wordpress/WooCommerce site with your plugin. Everything works fine except Ecommerce. We get sessions and products that we have in our store but no orders are registered.
We set up a goal (visit on a thank you page) and it is collected fine.
What could have caused it?

Our plugin uses is_order_received_page() to determine if an order was created. It’s possible that your shop’s order flow is not using this function due to a non-standard configuration.
Thank you very much! That was it. We created custom thank you page with Elementor Pro before and after going back to default one order data showed up.
