When logging into the Piwik Pro dashboard I receive an error saying ‘no site or app selected’. This is evidently a permissions issue but our account owner is currently on annual leave.
As I need access to the dashboard this week is it possible for support to set me up with the correct permissions in his absence?
We cannot change access permissions on your instance @Cara. You will have to contact someone from your company with administrative access to change those settings.
