Permissions issues

When logging into the Piwik Pro dashboard I receive an error saying ‘no site or app selected’. This is evidently a permissions issue but our account owner is currently on annual leave.

As I need access to the dashboard this week is it possible for support to set me up with the correct permissions in his absence?

Have you checked in upper right corner if you can select your instance from the list?

Hi there - I have and it just says ‘no items available’!

We cannot change access permissions on your instance @Cara. You will have to contact someone from your company with administrative access to change those settings.

Ah ok - apologies our account owner is on annual leave and as I need permission this week I was told by someone in support to leave a message here. I will wait until the account owner is back in that case. Thanks
