Can't invite new users

I’m admin on the account I’m working on and I invited an extra user to this account. This works fine, they also received the activation mail and can make an account. When, after this step, they want to go to the Analytics dashboard, they get the following error message: “Website or app doesn’t exist or you don’t have access to this view”

In the website-selector on the right there are no items to choose from.
What can we do?

The reason your user does not see any Site or app is that they have no permissions to these.
You gan grant them through Administration - Site or app - Permissions or through Groups.
