I would like to know if there is any way to use Piwik Pro as connector between my website and Google Ads for instance so I can send data in a server side way.

This seems like a good use case for the CDP module but it’s currently only available for the enterprise plan.
You can also use the HTTP API but you would have to do the sending part on your own as we only provide tools to pull the data.
